How long will it take to lose my leg fat?

I have started going on the exercise bike for 30 minutes every day and i do some other exercises for my legs, i am also on a diet. How long will it take to lose all the flab?


Answer
It takes time. Also depends on how long and how many times you do it. Maybe do it a bit longer and twice each day?

What is a reasonable amount of time to lose 25 pounds at my weight and height?

I'm 5'1'' and 125 pounds. I've increased my physical activity, but I'm not crazy fit yet. I've just been doing the exercise bike for 30 minutes a day and having 1,200 to 1,250 calories a day. What is a reasonable month to reach my goal? I plan to gradually increase my physical activity once my body adjusts.

please don't give me the "minimum" time. I'd like to have a realistic expectation and goal date



Answer
That is good to biking for 30 min a day. but if you could add more 30 min of walking or light jogs, it will be more great considering your daily cal consumption is around 1,200 to 1,250. I had a friend of mine with the same height as yours and around 130 pounds trying this method too for around 3-4 months or so before she's reach her goal.
