Try to exercise more slowly, keep hydrated, if you still feel the same way, then get your blood pressure checked. It may be uncommonly high. Also, do you live at altitude, like Denver, Reno, etc?
And if so, for how long? Altitude can cause these same symptoms until you get acclimated.

My knee is swollen and in pain.?

Snow Bunny
I am 19 and about 4 years ago i tore all the cartilage behind my left knee cap. The doctors put e through 3 months of physical therapy. It has been fine until recently. I started walking 4 miles every other day and the days i wasn't walking i have been bike riding 6-12 miles I have always been very active so this is not really abnormal for me. This past week my knee has been swollen and in the same pain, sometimes worse then it was before..what could it be.
Answer
Snow Bunny. Try this. Go to a health food store, here in Denver, I use Vitamin Cottage.
Buy the powder, BONE MEAL. AND DOLOMITE.
THEY COST about $5.00 each. Take one teaspoon of each and mix it in a shake.
Use banana, and it will absorb the grittiness of the powder. This is calcium in a very
digest able form. Do this about every other day, make your shake with milk or juice,
any kind of fruit, but always add banana. Your knee will heal nicely. Lay off pushing
the exercise. Don't push into pain. Try some yoga, or something less stressful on your
knee, for awhile. Bone meal and dolomite is almost like a miracle in the joints.
Also soak a cotton rag in hot water and powdered tumeric, to alleviate swelling.
That's an old remedy. It's kind of messy, as it stains your skin, until you shower...
but very healing and reduces swelling.. blessings. . Diana
