best exercise bike for lower back image
C&O
I injured my tailbone at a New Year's party. I had an x-ray done today and it's not broken but the doc says it will take weeks to heal.
I had only just recovered from a broken toe and had gotten back on the track team but now I'm out again. We only have 3 more meets left and I want to run at least once this season.
And even if I don't run in the meets, I would like to keep in shape, although my injury limits the types of exercise I can do.
Can't do...
-running
-exercise bike
-lower body weight lifting
-jumping
Suggestions?

What's the difference between the two exercise bikes at the gym?
happygoluc
Hi,
You know how at the gym, they have one exercise bike that's higher up, and more vertical, and one that's lower and horizontal? What's the difference between the two? Such as benefits, and working the different muscles...?
Thanks!
Answer
one is an upright the other is a recumbent bike. They both do pretty much the same thing, but some of us find the recumbent bike more comfortable.
