I do it on high resistance of 8 (magnetic, highest it goes) and a nice pace of 10-15 mph a day except for thursday and friday. i also do pushups, curls, and shoulder raises with dumbells when i have the energy (3-4x a week). Im wondering if this is an alright exercise program to do? I dont have much time do to all my school work.

what kind of book holder for exercise bicycle?

i am wanting to buy a Stamina Magnetic Resistance Recumbent Bike for my classroom but before i purchase it i want to see if i can find a strong, sturdy bookrack that will hold a textbook and withstand a lot of use. i need one that will specifically fit this bike. thanks
