I read this novel in the 5th or 6th grade so the details I have are a bit cloudy. The few things I can remember is that it was about a girl and she loved to ride her exercise bike. I'm pretty sure she was anorexic or something as well. I think her mother was troubled. I think the title might have the name of a vegetable in it? Or maybe I'm confusing myself. If anyone has any help at all, it's greatly appreciated!

Does anyone know where I can find reviews on exercise recumbent bikes? Or recommend one?

I have been looking at the Edge 440 recumbent exercise bike, but cannot find any information on how good they are. I haven't heard of Edge before and wonder if anyone has anything made by them or where I might be able to go online to find any reviews on it.
Also if someone has one that they would like to recommend. It is going to be a gift for my father who is approx 6'2" with long legs so the seat needs to be quite adjustable. Thanks
